[ Do not Use Tele-Neurology Service to Seek Medical Care for Someone Who is Unconscious (in COMA), Not Breathing or Gasping for Air, or Experiencing Life Threatening Allergic Reaction, Having Chest Pain, Uncontrollably Bleeding, Experiencing Violent Behavioural Emergency, or Any Other Symptoms that Require Immediate or Emergency Medical Attention. Go to the Nearest Hospital Immediately if You have an Emergency Medical,Surgical, Psychiatric, and gynecological Need. ]

The following Symptoms are Specifically Excluded from the TeleNeurology Services: Difficulty Breathing, Fever in Children under the Age of 3 Months, any Abdominal Pain (Tummy Pain) Severe Enough that You are Unable to Comfortably Talk & Walk.

In Addition to the Restriction Outline Above, TeleNeurology has the Discretion Refusing or Discontinuing the Provision of Neurology Services to Any User at any Time, including for Actual or Potential Misuse of the Services by a User.
